DNA Request Form – Welsh Pony & Cob Society of America

We offer two ways to submit WPCSA forms. You may either print a hard copy and snail mail by choosing the “print and mail form” button or use the online form below to submit your form. If payment is required the online form allows for payment with a credit card. If you choose this option, please make sure you receive a confirmation of receipt email.

DNA typing is required prior to offspring being registered for the following: all stallions for which the first Stallion Service Report is submitted for breedings after the 1995 breeding season, any stallion breeding one or more purebred Welsh mares after the 1999 breeding season, and any mare who’s first offspring is being registered.
