Please use the button on the right to download an Excel Spreadsheet. Your file should be formatted with these headings and saved as an .xlsx file. First upload your file using our data verification option. You will receive back a spreadsheet that includes three new “mismatch” columns that will identify data that might need to be corrected. Make any necessary changes to your data and then upload it below.
If you did not run your entries through the Results Verification, you need to stop what you are doing and do that before submitting your final results. Please take pity on our office staff and submit accurate results.
