We offer two ways to submit WPCSA forms.  You may either print a hard copy and snail mail by choosing the “print and mail form” button or use the on-line form below to submit your form.  If payment is required the on-line form allows for payment with a credit card.  If you choose this option, please make sure you receive a confirmation of receipt email.

Each regional show must file an application by October 1 of the year prior to the show. The Board of Directors should approve judges before the Show Committee officially contacts the judges. Prior approval of the judge by the Board of Directors is meant to keep the standard of judges high, as well as eliminate the problem of having the same judge at one or more regional show(s) or the national during the same show season. Show sanctioning fee is waived.
