LOAFERS LODGE ELLIE MAE
Loafers Lodge Ellie Mae LOM Ellie Mae was the only filly we got from the Rosmel’s Dressed in Scarlet LOM X Loafers Lodge Eloise LOM cross, she was foaled in 2003. She spent her early years in the Loafers Lodge herd where she was green broken and produced Loafers Lodge Piglet (by Pooh). She would have occasionally gone to a show but nothing like being campaigned. In 2008 she went on loan to Lani and Darby Hyde. How lucky we were to place her in such a great home! Lani is an expert producer, perfect braids and a sparkling clean gray pony-every time. When Darby and Ellie Mae started they were still on the leading rein. It’s been pretty amazing to see the pair of child and pony grow in ability and experience over the years, they were really a team in 2010. Ellie Mae has had super results in the very competitive section B breed classes. A couple of times she went Reserve Supreme to Farnley Triton and we started calling them the power couple-hum-maybe we should consider a breeding. This year Darby and Ellie Mae had great placings Nationally, they include: 4th English Pleasure 12.2 and under, 3rd Short Stirrup Hunter, 4th Western Pleasure, and 3rd Child’s First Pony. You’ve come a long way baby!!!
