GOLDHILLS HIGH TEA LOM (*OkedenTaffy LOM/AOE x *Okeden Honeysuckle LOM/AOE) is the fourth filly from the wonderful cross of *Okeden Taffy LOM/AOE and *Okeden Honeysuckle LOM/AOE and easily the most striking, the only black with four stockings. From the time we first saw High Tea trotting across the field with her dam she was a WOW amazing mover and sure to be a success. High Tea followed in the footsteps of her sisters, Hanky Panky and Hot Fudge, winning the C/D filly National Championship as a two year old. From the beginning, Tea knew that the show ring was time to show no matter how quiet and well mannered she was in the barn. Tea was leased to a couple of families where she was ridden and shown lightly by juniors and adults in both Welsh and open competition. Although Tea was still green she was Reserve National Champion in English Pleasure with junior rider Jazmyn Jones in 2008. High Tea came home in 2009 and started showing with Gerald where she quickly showed her talents in the Ridden Welsh Classic classes with that amazing gallop! Tea followed up her filly National Championship by winning the mare National Championship in 2009, as well as the Ridden Cob and English Pleasure National Championships. Tea ended 2009 with 1290 halter points and 1109 performance points, earning 1477 points in 2009 alone.
