Sparkles is truly the definition of a little unicorn. Sweet-natured, easy to handle, and a joy to have in the pasture, she’s a barn favorite and gentle enough for children to be around. She is not riding sound due to a previous front leg injury but remains completely pasture sound and healthy.
She stands perfectly in the stocks for the vet and farrier, is respectful on the lead, happily hand breeds, and has no vices or quirks just a genuinely lovely, well-mannered pony. I originally purchased Sparkles for use with frozen semen from my storage inventory, but she did not respond well to frozen transfers (as some mares are sensitive to the extender). She would be best suited for fresh or cooled insemination or live cover going forward.
Sparkles is currently freshly exposed to S Masquerade (Mynach Master Class x Northern Cross Mystical Secret) and can be ultrasounded prior to departure to confirm status. This cross promises a well-sized, flashy medium foal—likely chestnut or grey—with outstanding movement, chrome, and exceptional temperament from both sire and dam.
