Cindy orginally worked in our office for several years in the late 1980’s but left for a decade in banking. She returned in 1999 to the positon of Senior Administrative Assistant. In addition to accounts receivables, Cindy would be glad to help you with your merchandise, membership, transfer, DNA, stud report or general information questions. Cindy has lived in the area her entire life and is happily married. Her outside interests include decorating, reading, gardening and spending time with her husband, Scott.
Kim Rutherford
Registrar
Kim orginally worked in our office on a temporary basis in our show department. She returned to a part-time position in 2002 as the Registrar. Kim’s prior government background as a technical information specialist makes her very well-suited to the detailed work of producing pedigrees and accurate registrations. Kim has lived in the area her entire life and is happily married with one son. Her outside interests include shopping and voluteer work at her son’s school and supporting his various accademic and sporting interests.

Lisa began her career with the WPCSA in 1989 as the Registrar and then, in 1991, was offered the position of Executive Secretary-Treasurer. In addition to her adminstrative duties, Lisa is currently the editor of the Welsh Review magazine and produces the yearbook. She is also responsible for the show program and tabulating show results. Lisa is happily married to her husband, Rick, and together they are raising their four children.
