Hospitality is the heart of our show, and the Hospitality Barn is where you’ll want to be. Join us for hot breakfasts and coffee each morning and a cold iced tea or lemonade between classes. Join us for our annual Exhibitor’s party on Wednesday night. From homemade BBQ to DJ’s and Dancing, it’s sure to end our first day of showing with lots of food, fun and catching up with our Welsh family!
THURSDAY NIGHT JR HANDLER CLINIC

Maye Show Ponies is excited to present a Junior Handling Clinic at WPCSA Nationals.
Learn some tips on turnout and handling to present your ponies and cobs to their best. The clinic will begin with an informative talk and demonstration of proper presentation of a pony and will be followed by an interactive session where exhibitors will be able to get pointers with their own pony. Initial talk will be open to all juniors followed by breakout sessions split by age. If interested, please sign up here:

The first portion of the clinic will be Craig demonstrating the basics while people watch from stands. He will then open it up for practice for whomever would like to give it a try. The clinic will conclude with a competition to see who can rope the practice “steer” three times in a row to win the prize. Sign up here to attend the clinic:

Shawn Bigley, our TD, will once again be on the lookout for people caught doing good deeds to help out! Her red and yellow cards can be used for chances to win prizes from the special table of items. The drawings will be held on Saturday evening.
silent auction
Bring an item for our silent auction to help offset the costs of next year’s American National. The auction will be set up in the room adjoining the Secretary’s office. The auction will end at NOON on Saturday. If you leave and are the top bidder, please make arrangements for a friend to pick up and pay. If items are not claimed by 4:00, they will go to the next highest bidder.
